Orders

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all secure payment methods, including PayPal, Amex, and credit cards. Bank transfers and zero-interest payment plan options are also accepted for our Singapore customers; please email us at care@rudinjewels.com for more details.

How long will my order take to arrive?

En Primeur purchases: If you purchased a Rudin creation during the exclusive En Primeur window, you will receive timely updates over email and/or WhatsApp about your order. 

Regular Release purchases: Post our En Primeur release, our creations will be available for purchase at regular pricing. To meet the highest artisanal craftsmanship standards, please allow for 2 to 3 weeks from the date of your purchase for our master artisans to work on your unique piece before shipping. In total, items typically take up to 3 weeks to arrive at your doorstep. 

Where do you currently ship to?

We currently ship to the USA and Singapore. Nevertheless if you reside outside these regions we will be happy to assist you with your purchase; please email us at care@rudinjewels.com.

Is shipping free?

We are pleased to offer complimentary express insured shipping, including freight, duty and taxes, on all orders to the USA and Singapore.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it's been placed?

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee cancellation. However we will strive to provide the best customer experience possible; please email us at care@rudinjewels.com.

If your order has not yet shipped, we can make changes to your shipping address for delivery. We are unable to edit a billing address once an order has been placed. 

 

Does my order require a signature upon delivery?

All packages require an adult signature upon delivery. Please ensure delivery to a secure location.

What is your return policy?

While we believe that conscious beauty is about full commitment to the items you purchase, we want to ensure your experience with Rudin is seamless and exceptional. Kindly take note of our return policy:

You may return unworn or unused items within thirty (30) days of delivery for a refund.

Items returned for refund must be returned in new, unused and re-sellable condition, with the original packaging, any artwork, and any protective coverings intact. Items that exhibit signs of wear, or use, or have been altered from its original condition will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Kindly note that rings as well as items with custom engraving and bespoke pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.  

 

Are returns free?

While we offer a full refund for the price of your item, please note that shipping fees for the delivery and return of your order will be deducted from your total refund amount.

How do I initiate a return?

Please email us at care@rudinjewels.com to request a shipping label. Please pack your item in the original packaging, making sure it's sealed well with the label clearly attached.

When should I expect a refund?

At Rudin, we are dedicated to providing you with a seamless and exceptional experience, including swift and secure refunds. Here's what you can expect:

Efficient Processing: Your refund will be processed with care and efficiency within 3 to 5 business days after we receive your item.

Stringent Quality Checks: Your item will undergo a rigorous quality control process to ensure it meets our highest standards.

Refund Confirmation: Once your product passes our meticulous inspection and shows no signs of wear, we will promptly initiate your refund. You will receive a dedicated email confirming the refund, sent to the email address on file.

Original Payment Method: Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the purchase, ensuring a straightforward and transparent process.

Allowance for Posting: Please allow 5 to 10 calendar days for the refund to reflect in your account. This timeframe is in place to ensure accuracy and security in your transaction.
